You have a short window to cancel. After that, your order goes into production.
The 2-hour window
You may cancel an order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. Once that time has passed, the order goes into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
To cancel, email support@gsracers.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We will confirm the cancellation and return any payment due within 5 to 7 business days.
Ready-made items
For items we hold in stock, cancellation is only possible during the 2-hour window. After an order has started processing or has shipped, it is final and cannot be cancelled.
Custom and made-to-order suits
Our race suits and karting suits are produced to order, built individually around the size, design and specifications each customer chooses. For that reason, a custom order cannot be cancelled once production has started, no matter how much time has passed since it was placed.
Before you order: please check every detail of a custom order before you confirm it. If you have questions about sizing or design, email support@gsracers.com and we will gladly help.
Once your order has shipped
A dispatched order is final and cannot be cancelled. If you have a concern after dispatch, it will be handled under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Cancellations made by us
If we are ever unable to fulfil an order because of stock issues, production problems or other circumstances outside our control, we will tell you promptly by email and refund you in full within 5 to 7 business days.
