Important Notice. GS Racers is an independent brand that designs and makes its own custom racing suits, karting suits and racing jackets. All GS Racers products are original designs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any motorsport series, governing body, racing team, driver, vehicle manufacturer or sponsor.

1. Scope of This Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to gsracers.com and to all GS Racers product pages, collection pages, advertisements, emails, social media content, photographs, videos and packaging.

2. Original Designs Only

Every item we sell is designed by GS Racers or created from artwork supplied by the customer. We do not sell copies of any team, driver or sponsor clothing, and we do not use other companies' names, logos or trademarks on our products or in our marketing.

  • Our products are not official merchandise of any racing series, team or driver.
  • Colours, numbers and general motorsport styling used in our designs are our own creative choices.
  • Any third-party names that appear on our site are used only to describe compatibility or general context and never to suggest a connection.

3. Custom Orders and Customer Artwork

When you place a custom order, you confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every name, logo, image and piece of artwork you send us. We will decline any custom request that asks us to reproduce another company's trademark, logo or protected design, or to copy official team or driver apparel.

4. Safety Notice

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, GS Racers products are not certified by any motorsport safety body and are intended for recreational use, track days, karting practice, events and everyday wear.

5. Rights-Holder Requests

If you believe any content on our site uses your intellectual property, please contact us at support@gsracers.com with the details. We review every request promptly and remove material where appropriate.
